Newly remodeled home in Bernal Heights. Project included a complete foundation replacement, conversion of the garage/basement level into living space, new windows throughout, new stairs with custom railing, and complete renovation of the first and second floors. The upstairs was completely opened up, creating a new great room, adding a master suite, and new skylight over the stairs leading to the new downstairs level. The downstairs features a large playroom, bedroom, media room, office, laundy, and full bathroom.
